Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Must be in its original packaging with tags attached

Free from makeup stains, fragrance, pet hair, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or promotional items
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@saveanstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will send return instructions and the return shipping address.

Package the item securely and ship it using your preferred carrier.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@saveanstyle.com within 3 days of delivery. Include a description and clear photo of the issue. We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
